Is the Family Proclamation a statement of policy? A document written by lawyers for the Church to use in amicus briefs against same-sex marriage? Did Pres. Hinckley commandeer the Relief Society meeting to present the Family Proclamation? Did the Relief Society Presidency feel excluded by not reviewing it in advance?
